Sylver who doubles as a Musician and Song writer was born in 1979. He has worked with almost every Ugandan Musician for the hits you hear around East Africa. Most of the hits he has written and not claimed any rights over the compositions.

He is behind tracks like Nkuweeki by Iryn Namubiru, Wekuume by the Obsessions & Nabikoowa by Juliana Kanyomozi.

His singing career commenced in 1999 and he has had albums like Ekyasa Kya Bakyala, Omuzadde Katonda, and Tebalemwa Mmaka to his name.
